Due diligence continues on the acreage that we are under contract on. Our team has had meetings with the Board of zoning regarding a traffic variances and they recommended a traffic study to be done, which is currently being done and will be presented to the Board in early June. Pending the approval of this request, there will be a few more items that we will complete to finalize the due diligence process and then move to the final stage of closing on the property.

As well, we have several parties interested in purchasing our current location on Charlotte Pike.
